摘要:本文对中央电视台纪录片《舌尖上的中国》及其加长版视频进行了中国传统文化特征及其话语建构策略的多模态分析,解读了饮食文化所折射的家园认同、"礼"性和谐、历史传承、多元共存等中国传统文化特征及其多模态话语建构手段。基于这一多模态话语分析,文章结合实例提出在外语教育中应如何利用文化视频多模态分析培养学生的跨文化能力:如何通过视频内容细读进行文化知识教学、如何通过多模态手段分析解释跨文化表达的话语策略、如何通过文化视频多模态解读练习并强化跨文化知识与策略意识、如何通过文化人类学迷你课堂与视频制作发展跨文化能力。
This paper has made a multi-modal discourse analysis of the CCTV documentary A Bite of China and its prolonged trailer to interpret the discursive construction of Chinese cultural tradition in terms of "family tie","ritual harmony’,"historical glory”and "cultural diversity”.With the discourse analysis findings as the background, suggestions on how to use culture}elated videos for cross}ultural competence cultivation in foreign language education are proposed as how to make explicit content analysis for culture knowledge teaching, how to make multiple discourse analysis for the narrative strategies explanation,how to include multi-discourse analysis tasks for cross}ultural awareness raising and how to conduct mini cultural research projects and video making tasks for cross-cultural competence development.
