摘要:
本研究考察中国语境下英语学习者学术写作中的文本借用行为。本次研究采用个案研究方法,跟踪一名中国研究生一学期的学术英语写作,研究文本借用的程度、形式和发展变化。结果显示学习者写作中严重依赖文献,包括母语文献,但借用程度和形式有所变化,借用随着写作能力发展由"大块"复制趋向"小块"拼接,借用目的主要是组织语篇和学科权威性。研究结果深化了二语写作的文献使用研究,对学术写作教学也有一定启示。
This paper investigates the effects of task type ( narrative task and interactive task) and task frequency ( four task cycles) on eighty EFL learners’oral performance in terms of syntactic complexity, accuracy and lexical performance. The result shows that interactive task is facilitative
to accuracy, syntactic complexity which is reflected by the number of clauses per AS unit, and lexical diversity, whereas the narrative task is conducive to lengthier AS unit and higher lexical complexity. Furthermore, the involvement of multiple task cycles pushes learners to produce varied lexis and avoid the repetition of words. This paper discusses the results based on the features of different task types,discourse analysis theory,and speaking model aiming to underline the advantages of different task types and multiple task cycles in EFL teaching context.
