摘要:近年来;随着学习者自主研究的不断发展;教师自主逐渐成为二语习得研究领域的一大热点。本文在借鉴国外研究成果的基础上;提出了国内自主性外语学习环境下教师自主应涵盖的内容;并调查分析了国内5所高校116名大学英语教师的自主能力。结果表明;国内大学英语教师的自主能力总体不强。在分析其原因的基础上;文章最后提出了相应建议。
With the development of studies on learner autonomy at home and abroad,teacher autonomy has gradually attracted much attention in the field of second language acquisition.This paper,based on the studies on teacher autonomy abroad,outlines the aspects of teacher autonomy in the Chinese learner autonomy context,and reports an empirical study on the autonomy of 116 college English teachers from 5 Chinese universities.It then gives a detailed analysis of the qualitative data,which leads to the finding that on the whole college English teachers’ autonomy is not desirable.Accordingly,the paper offers a number of suggestions in the end.
