摘要:本文报告一项关于研究者—教师互动发展模式对外语教学研究者专业成长作用的质性研究的结果。用于质性分析的材料包括研究者与教师的讨论录音、研究者的反思和对研究者的访谈数据。研究结果表明;研究者—教师互动发展模式既有助于提高研究者的人际沟通能力;又有利于拓展其理论联系实践的能力。
Based on the recordings of discussions among the researchers and the teachers,the researchers’ diaries and the interviews with the researchers,this paper reports a qualitative study on the facilitating effects of an interactive model on EFL researchers’ professional development.The findings indicate that the interactive model improves the researchers’ interpersonal communication skill and their ability of integrating theory with practice.
