摘要:该研究采用定性的研究方法;通过访谈方式;调查了高校外语教师形成职业倦怠的原因;发现以下几对矛盾是导致高校外语教师产生职业倦怠的主要原因:教师对学生高付出与低回报之间的矛盾、教师教学工作的重复性与创造性之间的矛盾、教师的教学工作与自身专业发展之间的矛盾、教师教学工作与以科研为导向的评价机制之间的矛盾以及教师的劳动报酬与市场需求之间的矛盾。对此;笔者建议教师提高对职业的认知;注重自我更新和专业发展;从而降低职业倦怠;建议学校和教育管理部门采取减轻教师工作负荷的措施、建立合理的教师考评体系、改善教师待遇等方法缓解教师职业倦怠。
From the perspective of qualitative research,the present study investigates the causes of job burnout of foreign languages teachers at universities by interview.It is found out that the job burnout was mainly caused by several pairs of contractions.They are the contractions between teachers’ high involvement and low repay,between the repetitiveness and creativeness of teaching job,between teachers’ job and their demand of professional development,between teachers’ teaching and the research-oriented evaluation system,and between teachers’ pay and the market demand.The author puts forward to some suggestions: decreasing teachers’ job burnout to some extent,such as raising teachers’ awareness to the profession and professional development,cutting down teachers’ workload,establishing more scientific evaluation system,and bettering teachers living and working conditions.
